USAC Review

As the administrator for the federal universal service fund, USAC routinely monitors and reviews the data as submitted by carriers to ensure that program rules, and data requirements are met. USAC may routinely correct or contact carriers in regards to data that requires update.

USAC will routinely monitor and update the FCC Forms 499-A/Q Filer ID indicated on FCC Form 498 to ensure it is linked to the proper FCC Forms 499-A/Q Filer ID. Forms that contain erroneous or incomplete information will be rejected, and the service provider will be required to submit a new form in its entirety.

USAC encourages all carriers to review their FCC Form 498 data on an annual basis, and revise as necessary.
