Eligible Products Database
Manufacturers may submit information about their eligible Internal Connections products for posting to the Eligible Products Database. The database is a resource for applicants to determine available products that may be eligible for funding under the Schools and Libraries program.
The database is limited to Internal Connections products. Information in the database includes the product name, a product description, and an indication of the type of product (such as router, PBX, file server, etc.). The information is based on factual product details, and is not intended to include sales or marketing statements such as "ideal," "cost-effective," or "better than other products." Applicants are free to request funding for any eligible product or service, and are not limited to the products within the Eligible Products Database.
The integrity of the Eligible Products Database depends on accurate submissions by participating manufacturers, limited to eligible Internal Connections products. USAC will not post information that it feels may be incomplete or inaccurate, though this review may be limited only to an analysis of the information presented. Applicants should generally be able to rely on entries in the database as eligible for funding, but products must be put to an eligible use pursuant to FCC rules. Many products are eligible only if used in certain ways, and an entry in the Eligible Products Database does not constitute an endorsement that a product is eligible in all circumstances. See the Eligible Services List for full details about product and service eligibility.
Applicants are encouraged to seek assurances from their service providers that products included in funding requests are eligible for the anticipated use. If a product is listed in this Eligible Products Database that does not appear to be eligible for E-rate funding, please inform the SLD using our "Submit a Question" link provided below.
If you are a national manufacturer of USF eligible internal connections products, and wish to participate in the Eligible Products Database, you may review further information in the link below titled "View further information for manufacturers."
USAC encourages comments and feedback regarding the Eligible Products Database. USAC's "Submit a Question" e-mail response system has been set up to facilitate this process. You may access the "Submit a Question" process by clicking the link below. Select "Eligible Products Database" from the Topic Inquiry section.
