Electronic Notification Formats
Many Service Providers request electronic notifications in a format that is easily convertible to a database, for ease in managing multiple applications from multiple applicants. We have developed pipe delimited "|" formats for several electronic reports, including Receipt Acknowledgement Letters (RAL), Funding Commitment Decision Letters (FCDL), Form 471 summaries, Form 486 Notification Letters and Form 500 Notification Letters. Each notification letter includes a summary description of the letter, a list of field names, and sample E-mail letter format.
