Accommodations and Transportation

Hotel

• Rooms are available for a discounted rate of $119 (single/double). The last day to reserve rooms at this discounted rate is September 7, 2009, so please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
• For hotel reservations, please call 407-206-2300 or 800-228-9290 and provide the group code USAUSAA.
• Reservations can also be made online.

Please note: Hotel policy states that any changes resulting in early departure after check-in will result in an Early Departure Fee of $50.00 charged to the guest.

Transportation

• Self parking is available at the hotel for $15 per day or $17 overnight. Valet parking is up to $20 per day.
• An airport shuttle is available to and from the Orlando International Airport for $27 round-trip. Tickets can be purchased on the ground level of the airport from Mears Transportation.
