Q. 1. Knowing that applicants do not follow a standard/consistent timeline for submitting their 486s, what criteria (other than 120 days after FCDL) does SLD use to determine the deadline for 486 submissions for FRNs for Non-Recurring Services? (How does SLD decide that the 486 is submitted "late"?)

2. If the SLD determines a 486 for an FRN for Non-Recurring Services has been submitted "late", what method does SLD use to reduce/change the amount approved for funding?

3. Knowing that the SLD can take weeks or months to certify a 486, how does this impact an applicant's requirement to pay within 90 days after delivery of service? (FCC 5th Order) Barbara Stoll, Sprint
