Q.	How can a service provider find out from SLD whether their product is eligible for discount? If you want an example, let's take the case of a firewall which includes an application proxy, like the Symantec's firewall products or Microsoft's ISA server. Firewalls are eligible, proxies are not. How would Symantec or Microsoft learn if their firewall products are eligible? Dan Riordan, Microsoft Corporation.

Q.	Is maintenance a recurring or non-recurring charge? If a district lists it as non-recurring does that mean the vendor can bill for 15 months - July 1 to Sept. 30? Catherine Banker, Vector
