We've created this web site to help people access affordable telecommunication services and to help our Nation's communities connect and thrive. We've tried to organize the tour in ways that make sense to you, our audience, and hope that the information supplied here will be beneficial to you. As you follow through this tour you will see that USAC's home page is comprised of information about each of the programs USAC administers, that together comprise the Universal Service Fund. Each of the programs will be briefly explained so you will need to visit the program from the main web site to obtain greater detail. Our goal is to have a clear and well defined structure so that you can access the information you are looking for in only a few clicks.
