Step 9: Receive Credit for Service
After crediting the health care provider (HCP), the service provider invoices USAC to receive support.
Service providers invoice USAC after they have credited the health care provider (HCP). HCPs will notice the difference on their bill! For telecommunications providers, USAC will credit or reimburse the provider's Universal Service Fund account. For Internet service providers that have a USF account, a credit will be given. HCPs will notice a change on their bill from their service provider.
