Site Visits Tips
USAC will send a confirmation letter and a list of pre-site visit questions approximately two weeks prior to the site visit. USAC recommends that the person responsible for managing the health care provider's Universal Service Fund support allot no more than sixty minutes to complete the list of questions prior to the day of the site visit. This will help the person be prepared for the types of questions the Site Reviewer will be asking and identify any additional personnel that may need to be present during the site visit.
