- MARCH 31, 2010 - Eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) must submit all original and revised FCC Forms 497 to USAC for 2008 data months no later than March 31, 2010.
- AUGUST 31, 2010 - Eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) must submit their Annual Lifeline Certification and Verification letters to USAC no later than August 31, 2010.
