Telecommunications Carriers

All eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) providing Lifeline, Link Up, and Toll Limitation Service are permitted to seek reimbursement from the Low Income Program of the Universal Service Fund, which is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC).
