Site Visit Tips

During each visit, the Site Reviewer will ask questions regarding the carrier’s internal processes related to the Low Income Program, including questions about how the carrier calculates its level of USF Low Income support manages the documentation retention requirements of the Low Income Program and advertises the availability of USF Low Income support to its customers.  Please be prepared to speak to these topics or make the appropriate people within your organization available on the day of the site visit.

In addition, during each visit, the Site Reviewer will be collecting examples of how companies advertise the availability of Low Income support to their customers.  Please have examples of advertising that the Site Reviewer can retain available on the day of the site visit.
