Funding Disbursement Search

The High Cost disbursement data search tool can be used to search High Cost support disbursed to eligible telecommunications carriers. The tool provides for multiple search criteria to locate data for any month beginning with January 2003. Disbursement amounts can be searched by state, Study Area Name, Study Area Code, or Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). You may use multiple criteria to narrow search results.

Detailed Payment Data Search

The High Cost detailed payment data tool can be used to search High Cost support paid to eligible telecommunications carriers. The tool provides for multiple search criteria to locate data for any month beginning with October 2011.

The Connect America Fund Phase II for price cap carriers uses this model to calculate the amount of funding that eligible carriers will receive to support deployment of voice and broadband service networks where a federal subsidy is necessary. Users of previous models must create new accounts. Instructions for setting up a new account can be found in the Third Protective Order.

Certification Search

All eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) - rural, non-rural, and competitors - are subject to component-specific certification requirements that have a direct impact on those carriers' receipt of High Cost support. 

The disaggregation map search tool retrieves map and zone information for incumbent carriers that have disaggregation plans. Search criteria include company name, study area code, and state.

The Disaggregation Checklist tool allows for searching of incumbent rate-of-return carrier disaggregation plans.

Wire Center and UNE Zone Mapping Search

The High Cost Interstate Access Support (IAS) UNE Zone Mapping search tool can be used to determine in which UNE Zone(s) that lines in certain wire centers should be reported for IAS purposes. The tool allows multiple search criteria to locate data. The tool can be searched by carrier name, state or ILEC study area.
