Expanded Outreach Preparation Tips
USAC will send a copy of the questions that will be asked approximately two weeks prior to the site visit. USAC recommends that the person responsible for managing the company's Universal Service Fund (USF) support review the list of questions prior to the day of the site visit. This will help the person be prepared for the types of questions the Site Reviewer will be asking and identify any additional personnel that may need to be present during the site visit. However, these questions do not need to be completed prior to the date of the site visit.
