Expanded Outreach Process
The purpose of this education and outreach initiative is to better educate USAC about how companies manage and use Universal Service Fund (USF) support so that USAC can better manage the USF on the federal level.
The site visit process will consist of an interview with the person responsible for managing USF support at the company as well as a tour of the company's facilities. As part of the interview process, USAC hopes to obtain an overview of the company's history and operations as well as walk through a list of questions prepared by USAC. The questions are aimed at learning how USAC can improve processes and procedures and gaining an understanding of how companies interact with USAC and manage their USF support through consultants and/or agents.
