The proposed contribution factor for the Third quarter of 2007 (July-September) is 11.3% or 0.113.
Public Notice On September 14, 2007 the Federal Communications Comission released the attached Public Notice announcing that the proposed universal service contribution factor for the Fourth quarter of 2007 will decrease to 0.110 or 11. percent. (Dkt. No. CC 96-45: DA 07-3928).

Spring Training for Service Providers - April 18 and 25, 2007
USAC’s Schools and Libraries Division will conduct two one-day service provider trainings in April. The purpose of these trainings is to provide service providers with the latest program updates and guidance on how to successfully participate in the Schools and Libraries Program.
The trainings will be held in Atlanta, Georgia on April 18, 2007 and Chicago, Illinois on April 25, 2007.
Please stay tuned to USAC’s website and e-mail announcements for registration information, hotel accommodations and presentation materials. The complimentary registration will be limited to the first 200 registrants per training.
The proposed contribution factor for the first quarter of 2007 (January-March) is 9.7% or 0.097.
