Annual True Up

Each year, upon filing the Annual Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet (Form 499-A), USAC uses the annual data to True-Up prior billings that were based on projections of collected end-user revenue.

USAC uses the actual reported revenue to compare to the quarterly projections and determine whether:

• the company actually was de minimis for the year and should have charges reversed; or
• the company was not de minimis, but required additional billings or credits to compensate for under- or over-projections throughout the quarters.
