About USAC Tools:
Karen Majcher, VP High Cost and Low Income Division
Karen Majcher is the Vice President of the High Cost & Low Income Division of USAC. She most recently was the Director of the High Cost Program. Prior to joining USAC, she worked in the telecommunications industry. She held a variety of financial positions with both Winstar Communications Corp. and MCI Communications Corp.
Prior to her telecommunications experience, she worked in the securities and investments industry, where she managed the customer investment operations of a large regional bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
