Jamie Holcombe, VP of Information Systems

Henry Jameson Holcombe joined USAC in September 2005 and is VP Information Systems. Prior to USAC, he was CTO & SVP-Operations for the Globix Corp., a multinational Internet Service Provider headquartered in New York, NY.

He was recognized as a 2002 Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader for his work as the CIO at Cambrian Communications of Fairfax, VA. Prior to Cambrian, he led e-commerce initiatives for clients in entertainment, telecommunications, and financial services as a senior principal consultant with C-Change of San Rafael, CA.

He also consulted for BellSouth as a performance architect with AMS in Birmingham, AL. Prior to his commercial success, he was in the intelligence community with GE Aerospace in Washington, DC. He culminated 6 years of military service by receiving the Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. Holcombe graduated in computer science with a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He also earned both an MS-CS from George Washington University in Washington, DC and an MBA from Chaminade University in Honolulu.
